Recombigen α-Amylase is a recombinant enzyme used to catalyze the hydrolysis of starch into simpler sugars such as maltose and glucose. This product uses Gal G2-CNP as the substrate, a chromogenic compound that produces a measurable color change upon hydrolysis by 伪-Amylase.
